Nicely done Jay. I've never posted a video to YouTube. I have looked at more than a few.

You post brings up a good question - do you think the buyers are looking at videos or do you think it's more of a tool for Sellers - to say their property will also be on youtube.com?

Hello Debbie, Thanks for the positive feedback! Due to the volume of postings on YouTube, its hard to say that its an effective way to reach buyers (what is the likelihood that a buyer would see the video?). Therefore, I would submit that it is more effective as a tool for sellers. The Realtor is the one that sells the listing, not a specific website - but by the Realtor being able to include YouTube, craigslist, Trulia, ActiveRain, etc in a CMA presentation, I definitely think that it increases the likelihood that a Realtor can get more sellers/listings. It also increases the likelihood that I can produce videos and ads for real estate! Keep in touch! Best regards, Jay

I love YouTube - I post most all of my listings on there with a slideshow type video that I create from my MovieMaker on my computer. It has brought me a lot of publicity in the news and such - plus it gets my homes in front of more buyers!
