Hugh, it's Friday and gas prices are nearing $2/gal, why not add some humor to a good day?
McCain sticking out his tongue is an odd thing he does, not a handicap. I would never make light of a handicap for the sake of humor. So, he looks "crazy" sticking out his tongue and the image shows 3 examples - most people would find this to be funny.
